This is my personal site as I have mentioned elsewhere. Unless otherwise noted I did everything you see on this website.

- I copied the website to my computer, deleted basicly everything on the Yahoo! server, and then uploaded the site. I did this because so many dead/orphaned files have accumulated since I started this site. I am sure I broke some things in doing this. Now, I get to go through and figure out what those are. Needless to say, though I will anyway, are broken links from search engines into internal pages. Oh, well, they will re-index the site the next time they crawl through.
- Added more pictures to the gallery page.

- Well, it has been a year since the last time I did any maintenance here. I have gotten rid of the java crap on the homepage. I have decided (for me at least) that java is a broken idea for web use. There are just too many problems.

- Installed the demo of Dreamweave 2 from Macromedia. Took the "Full Tour". Would have been lost without it. (Note: More software should come with as well written help.) I was up to speed on how to use it in an hour. Altered the mainpage so that the navigation buttons now do "mouse overs". In this case text appears next to the button describing where it goes when you run your mouse over the button. But then you already figured that out to get here.

- I have added a page about patents.

- I have completely rewritten the page Songs and added a folder to put them in. I even created files for three of them. Now I need to make some buttons for the index page and put the actual lyrics in the appropriate files.
- Updated the Photo Gallery page.

- Timinator created the link image for me to go to his website. He also created another one for his commercial site but it isn't up yet so it will be a bit on that yet.
Legacy from original website though I have gone through each page so that they work with the new design.
- The background image to the homepage was the first computer graphic I made that I did not throw away when I was done playing. I don't remember exactly which graphics editor I used. It was about this time that I first found a real early demo of Paint Shop Pro. I had just learned the HTML tags for making a background image. I had also just learned that those cool looking pages with the drops of water or whatever are actually fairly small squares tiled across the background. Anyway what I did was use the airbrush tool and various colors to make an X. Then used the smearing tool to soften it up some. Yeah, it was that simple. The whole process of learning how to do the background and making this one took a morning. Where did I learn it?
- The animated GIF at the beginning of the homepage was the first of two GIFs I made. I wanted to make an animation. So I doodled with a mouse. A mouse is a lousy input device for drawing. I think there are twelve frames in all though some of them are duplicates of earlier ones.
- The second GIF is the title logo on The Wall page. Here what I was playing with was the transparent background. The hardest part to the graphics on this page was doing the bricks. Again using a mouse for an input device I drew the bricks so they would tile smoothly across your screen.
