Max H. Vargas graduated at the University of Chile in 1986. In 1989 validated his studies and became a CODIA member in Dominican Republic. In 1990 completed the Computer Aided Design program in the New York University (NYU), New York. In Spain worked for two companies: ALTAU S.A. where he participated in the design of the Communications Building for the Seville International Expo, 1992. At the famous Estudio Lamela in Madrid, designed the enclosed balconies for the Bernabeu Futbol Stadium, 1992-94. He was also President of CAPITEL S.R.L., a company offering Computer Aided Design (CAD) assistance to Architects and Engineers. He wrote regular articles about CAD and a book "AutoCAD 12 for Windows" for the Tower Communications Magazine. In Dominican Republic was the head Supervisor for a government House project of 80 apartments, 1996. Currently the President of ARCODOM S.A., an Architectural Company based in Dominican Republic, dedicated mainly to House Renovations, Design, Project Supervision and Construction. He is supervising a Project from the Cervecería Nacional Dominicana in Sn. Fco. de Macorís, D.R. which should be ended in June, 1999.
