Automated drawing on a computer is a challenge. This VRML world illustrates how patterns can be formed using 3 planes to spawn interactive moire effects. The overlap of three simple rectangular planes illustrate an interactive form of developing patterns.

The combination of automated drawing and user control of the three planes illustrates a form of animation which does not rely upon cell-animation and fits with my current work in pull animation:

Pull Animation Studies
Diagonal Anime

This interface with created during my residency at the Banff Centre.
