vortex gun made from plastic bucket

This is a vortex gun made from a plastic bucket, I think probably any bucket, waste-paper basket etc will do, the dimensions don't seem to be very critical. Any combination of rubber bands should work: more rubber bands makes it more powerful but more difficult to use.

To operate, hold the bottle grip in left hand, pull the finger grip right back so that the polythene forms a cone outside the bucket, aim and release.
Surprisingly long range, will ruffle hair from across room.
