I have been involved in the online Lego Mindstorms community since late 1999, despite having only recently obtained my first Mindstorms set (the RDS). This page is a guide to my growing collection of Mindstorms information and software.
The flagship of this site is the "Which Set Should I Buy?" FAQ, a concise reference to everything you need to get started with Lego Mindstorms. It includes set descriptions and links to important third-party support packages, and even information on where to buy Mindstorms and its related kits on the web.
The Comprehensive NQC Archive Network is intended as a central location for grabbing interesting Not Quite C code snippets. I'll have links to a few of my own things, but it really belongs to the Mindstorms community. Submissions and mirror sites are welcome.
Third is NQCIPC, my imaginatively named Semaphores'n'stuff package for RCX programmers. It's very simple (i.e. not bulletproof), but it's also enough to get the job done.
Fourth is Mindstorms Wrestling, a set of rules for a rather speculative form of Lego sport based loosely on pro wrestling. It's not something I've tried, it may not be even practical, but it should be a fun read just as a bit of blue-sky thinking.
That's it for now -- I'll be adding more eventually.
