I.... me....myself !!!
My name is Sarita ...I come from the city of Pune .My family has settled down there for about 24 years. I cannot even begin to explain how much I love Pune ..it is truely the coolest , bestest (pardon the grammar) city in the whole wide world. I am a Mallu (thats malayali for the uninitiated :-) and i was born on the 25th of May 19-- ( lets leave out that small detail !!)...in a place called Irinjalakuda (yeah, quite a mouthful !!) in Kerala that's aptly called 'GODS OWN COUNTRY', which is the most beautiful place on earth. I certainly will some day explore the whole of it.

As for my personality , I come across as an extrovert, fun loving, bindaas. My education in Pune started from my alma-mater N.C.L school where i spent ten years .The remaining years of gaining knowledge(???) right upto my bachelors in Chemistry was in one of the most prestigious colleges in Pune ...Fergusson .
From there i migrated to mumbai where i did my Masters in Biotechnology from the Indian Institute of Technology ,Mumbai. Now I am doing my PhD in "Free Radical and Radiation Biology" at the University of Iowa.
Its been just over three years in the US of A , and I am enjoying every minute of it. I love my work , the small city , and yes of course my whole sorority .we r about 12 of us , and we have a gr8 time whenever we r together
