Rhinolophus clivous:
This species can distinguished from other Rhinolophus by its blunt connecting process of the sella (Atallah, 1977). Range of the species from Western Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Palestine, Egypt, Sudan and most of the savanna areas of Africa ( except western Africa). In Jordan it was collected from desert and dry habitat as in Wadi Arabah and Wadi Rum. it is associated with small caves scattered along dry desert mountains (Amr 2000). This species was taken from stone huts, storehouses, buildings and desert caves large colonies ( hoogstraal, 1962).
