Rhinopoma hardwickei :

This species is distinguished by more slender build and an overall smaller size, how ever the trail is relatively longer than the forearm, the range of the species expanded from northern Africa south to Niger, Mali, and Kenya. Arabia and southwestern Asia to India, Burma, and perhaps Thailand.

This species adapts to the arid regions, and found to feed on the dipteran insects and beetles, it can stand with out feeding to two month( Qumsiyeh and Jones,1986) since it has an extensive fat reserve in the lower abdominal region.
