I started at Emerson Motor Co.  St. Louis Mo. Jan. 1973 as a draftsman, held various positions within this department until transfer to Customer Service for a year.  Left Emerson in the summer of 1977 only to return as a draftsman. In 1982 I advanced to the position of UGIF CAD programmer assisting in the development a Variable Data Information System (VDIS), while working on 2^nd shift to lead the implementation and training of UniGraphic CAD Software to drafters and designer.  In 1987, I transferred to the, Advanced Manufacturing Technology group as a designer and implement CAD design into the group.  I continue to work in the AMT group as an engineer, working primarily on production tooling, fixtures, gauges and misc. manufacturing plant support design.
