INFO & UPDATE NEWS

This page will contain progress reports as to how my site works. Most pages will be lists of sites I have found to be worth checking back on from time to time.

Where appropriate there will be first a NUMBERED LIST in which I will order the sites I think are the best and then an ALPHABETICAL LIST of all the sites in each category.

Because of the nature of the Internet, and to make it easier for me to find what I'm looking for, some sites may end up listed under multiple pages.

REMEMBER! This is just "MY" List of Useful Sites, so the ordered list is just "MY" opinion. Suggestions, comments or site recommendations are always welcome.

"A Message for Visitors"

If any of these pages seem to "Blow Up" and you see some "Raw Code" you can thank Geocities, my home page host. I'm not sure what causes this but it happens all too frequently.

Also whenever you see the message "End of Page" there is nothing below except the Geocities Logo that must be placed on each page.

Update: 02/14/1999

The reference links have been added. Although they are nowhere near compete at least it is a start. I've added the music button to all main pages except the intro page rather than force the autostart. Play the music if you like or not. Navigation should be improved as I have placed the Geoguides on the top of each page. This should stop the "POP UP" ads.

Update: 02/10/1999

Since the site is now working pretty well I have removed the following from the main page:

"I plan to build this page primarily to store and categorize my ever growing list of URLs. If others find it useful, please enjoy.I only started this page On December 27, 1998. It may be awhile until this fuctions at all."

The "INTRO" page is now set up the way I want it and back linked from the "MAIN" page. I have the new "Home" button on all pages. Several pages have "MUSIC" buttons to click on. I'll add more as soon as if find more good midis.

I have been working on the reference page but it is not yet ready for prime time.

Update: 01/24/1999

The Search page is linked into the other pages, although the search instructions still need to be added. This might take a few more days.

Update: 01/23/1999

The clock has been installed and properly positioned on the main page. I am finally starting to work on the search page today as well. Also the new background is set up for the front page and the link pages.

Update: 01/17/1999

The Web Page Design Section is linked into the other pages, although not all of the sites have been added. It looks as if the Search section is going to take longer than I thought.

Update: 01/14/1999

The Background image is working as planned on this info page. The HTML Link Page and the WebTV Link Page are both working and are loaded with most of my best URLs. In the next few days I'll be working on the Web Design Page and the Search Page.
