Silver Gold Black White as well as the normal colors yellow green blue orange red
I consider a multi colored fish as having distinct colors where they
are not shades of the same color.
If the fish has orange in one part and red in another then its two
colors, but if it is orangey red, then this is classified as one color,
unless you can see distinct patches of the two colors.
I do not consider snakeskin type guppies as multi colored, unless you
can see the colors distinctly.
Therefore a multi seven colored fish could be a fish with
black pectoral fins,
white pelvic fins,
yellow anal fin or gonopodium,
pink dorsal fin,
red caudal fin,
silver and blue body.
A giant Guppy is a fish that is a least three times the volume of a
normal guppy.
A normal Guppy grows 1 to 2 inches say 2.5 to 5 cm and would have a
volume of something like 0.5 to 2.5 cubic cm and weight about 0.5 to 2.5
gram
The male is the smaller. Say approx. 0.5 cubic
cm about 0.5 gram weight
and the female the larger Say 2.5 cubic cm about 2.5 gram
weight
Therefore a giant male must grow to a least 1.5 cubic cm 1.5 gram in
weight
and a giant female must grow to at least 7.5 cubic cm 7.5 gram weight
Note a giant male would be nearly the size of a normal female. I have
had males at least this size.
The exact volume of a fish is difficult to calculate, without accurate
equipment, so these figures are approximate, but the magnitude is more
or less correct.
