Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
Have a thorough knowledge of the ANSYS FE software and FEA techniques. Have performed linear and non-linear, static and dynamic analyses, using both isotropic and orthotropic materials. Have the ability to back up results with manually calculated predictions and an understanding of the physical situation. Have also used MSC NASTRAN for Windows and ALGOR FE software packages.

CAD Systems
Have worked with the following CAD software packages: I-DEAS Artisan Series, Solid Works, Pro-Engineer and Bentley Microstation.

Strain gauging and Data Acquisition
