Childrens HPV Design and Construction

I cut up a childs 
BMX style bike to build this.  All in all I used the entire bike 
except for the front forks, wheel, and seat.  I had designed a 
fairing for the front, and still have the materials so that may 
happen even now. This bike was rather easy and fun to build and
construction took only three days to include painting it. If 
anyone is interested in the details, let me know.  I will either
send you my drawings in an E-Mail, or post it on this page.  
Either way, I should soon have photos on this site.  
I finally found the initial plans for the bike.  Below the plans 
is the bike pic.  Sorry for the busy quality.  Will upload 
better image later.
