I am an alumnus from Mississippi State Univeristy. My major was Computer Engineering, and my minor was Mathematics. I enjoyed my time there very much. I thought that college life would be hard, but from what I have experienced it is really a lot of fun! I think that one of the major reasons that I had so much fun is that I was very active in campus organizations. The following is a list of the organizations that I was involved in and their links.

• Famous Maroon Band: I played clarinet and I loved being in the band. It was a great feeling to be out on the field with about three hundred other people and all of which are playing as loud as they can. It was also a great way to meet people.
• Wesley Foundation: Where would I be if I hadn't found the Wesley Foundation? There's no telling. This was also a great way to meet people. The activities that I attended regularly were Insight (band plays, sing songs, fellowship, sometimes there is free food :^), hear a sermon, etc.) and Bible Studies.
• Kappa Kappa Psi: I went through rush in the Fall of '97 and I loved it. If you don't already know, Kappa Kappa Psi is a National Honorary Fraternity for College Bandmembers and mainly serves the band. Our chapter is the Epsilon Chapter and part of the Southeast District.
• WMSV: I was a DJ at the local college radio station. I was a part of 'The Underdog Show' on Saturday mornings.
• University Budo Club: This was the first time in my life that I had taken a martial art and I really enjoyed it. They offered several different types of martial arts, but I took Aikido.
• IEEE: I also become a member of IEEE.
• University Coop Program: I co-oped at Adtran in Huntsville.
• University Honors Program: This program allows students to have special privileges (early registration, special events and classes, etc.) in reward for having good grades. I tried to keep my grades up so I could stay in this program!
