Dear visitor, I am a Water Resources Engineer with interest in Water Resources System Analysis, Surface and Sub-Surface Hydrology and Hydraulics, Groundwater Modeling, Evolutionary Computation (Neural Net, Genetic Algorithms and Simulated Annealing), and GIS Applications.

I completed my Doctorate degree in April 1998 with the research entitled "An Integrated Simulation-MCDM-GIS Approach for Groundwater Management" From the Water Engineering and Management Program of School Of Civil Engineering, Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok, Thailand. My master thesis also from the same institute was entitled "Conjunctive Operation of the Kulekhani Reservoir with the Hydroelectric and Thermal Power Plants in Nepal". I did my undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Hohai University, Nanjing, China in July,1989.
