4) Flexible Transformer Design Automation in I-DEAS6.0

( I-DEAS6.0,C++ / Windows NT /Programmer, Analyst)

Client : Crompton greaves Ltd.Mumbai, India.

Responisbilities: As a project leader of this project customer requirements are analysed. All relevent data and drawings are studied, analysed and improved upon and documented. Configuaration of project , Library structure has been designed. TDM of IDEAS is configuared.

3) Interactive Transformer Design

( VisioTehnical , VBA, VB4.0, MS Access 97 /Windows 95 /Programmer/Analyst

Client: Crompton greaves Ltd. Mumbai, India.

Responisbilities: As a module leader of this project customer requirement are analysed using QFD chart(Quality function Deployment).All relevent data and drawing are studied, analysed and improved upon and documented .Design and development of GUI in VB 4.0. Design and development of dll application written in C++which is loaded by the Visio.

(2) Development and testing of the thermal analysis software

Responisbilities: GUI design and development for PRE PROCESSING and POST PROCESSING of large amount of data. Grid generation of complicated geometries. Graphical testing of the grid. Thermal contour generation and validation of the results.

Launching Solidworks from Metaphase . Save in solidworks register it as metaphase object maintaing the relation between assembly/parts. User can Check out , Check in from solid works. Creation of product structure from MetaPhase as well as SolidWorks .

Role: Module leader in a team of 3.

Design of interface, Design document generation. Detailing of the modules like Browser Definition, Check in/out process , Edit product structure , Transfer of parts/assembly.

Written method code for these modules. QA, TestPlan for these modules has been done.

Development activities with Metaphase:

* Activites in OMF module : Created users, groups, vaults, vault locations. Message access rules, location selection, Notification rules are written to provide different privilages to different groups/users.

* Concept building in Metaphase Databases with Distributed-Database Environment, Backing Up Databases.

* Activites in LCM module : Created Life Cycle with Assignment, Review, Distribution list, Message, Condition, Parallel, Task flow processes and routes. Each process is connected with participants. Message access rules , location selection rules are written for the participants to carry out the life cycle.

* Tested the life cycle.

* Activites in ITK module : Incorporating Class , Attribute Definitions

* Using Value Sets and Class Constants to Define Browsers

* Defining Browser Components , Customizing Browsers
