Though the most loved and respected Tamil Lyricist was Kannadasan, there are others who deserve similar respect, one of them is Pulamaipithan who wrote the lyrics for this song and the other songs I am going to list here soon!? There are so many unique features to this song, first of all the lyrics itself, the most meaningful and creative, comparing a 1000 moons to this beautiful actress Jayalalitha (I like her as an actress but not as a politician, she is unfit to be a leader of Tamil Nadu which has happened twice already, it is a shame, but as an actress, she is darn attractive and sexy) was written by a talented and creative writer, lyricist Pulamaipithan, he is a trained poet (in Tamil "Pulavar"). Pulamaipithan wrote some of the groundbreaking romantic songs in the Tamil cinema, some of them are featured in MGR's Movies, one can hear them for million times but yet one can be unsatiated?
