1 pound Oreo cookies (smashed or ground)
1 stick melted margarine or butter
1/2 gallon ice cream (charlietech's favorite is coffee ice cream)

Mix together margarine and 1/2 oreo cookie crumbs.
Press in bottom of large cake pan (9X13). Add softened ice cream
Sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs. Place in freezer to harden.

This dessert was served at Charlietech's last birthday! EVERYONE loved it!
