One package frozen pie crusts (2 crusts)
1/2 cup sugar
3-4 tablespoons butter
2 teaspooons cinnamon
spread butter on pie crusts.
Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon. Roll pie crust into
tube shape and slice 1/2 inch thick. This will form the pinwheel cookie.
Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.
