Potato Casserole


5 pounds potatoes (cooked and mashed)
8 ounces cream chees
1 cup milk or half and half
1 stick butter
salt and pepper to taste

Before serving bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees
(this keeps in the refrigerator or freezer--in which case you need to
heat it longer before serving.)

We like to add cheese (and lots of it) to this recipe.
Onions, green peppers or scallions are good to add, too.
