2 1/4 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1 cup butter
8 oz. yogurt (or sour cream)
Combine wet ingredients; combine dry ingredients; mix for 3 minutes.
Bake 60-70 minutes in floured, greased bundt pan at 350 degrees.
I first learned about this delicious and easy-to-make cake while in
graduate school, where my husband baked one (surprise!) for my first
married birthday. Our friend Sarah taught him the recipe, but I had to
break the eggs!
