Global Warming: Fact or Fiction

The IPCC report of last year and recent NOAA reports have described rapid climate change.  Because Earth's climate has experienced periods of warming and cooling some question the possibity  of man having any impact (Global Warming).  NOAA and IPCC data show the rate of warming is greater than the historical rate of warming.  This increase in the rate of warming coincides with mankind's burning of carbon fuels which increases the greenhouse effect, retaining more of the Sun's energy.  Does one cause the other or is it just a correlation?

They are most deffinitely related to one another. As mankind became more advanced, we began to use different energy sources. We thought we had found the 'idea' energy source, carbon fuels. However, we were not aware of the side effects. We simply burn them and have no worries or cares for what might become of us. This is greenhousing and making the earth warmer. As horrible as it is to say this, I hope that Global Warming does not turn out to be a myth, and ends up melting the glaciers. I would love for the world to flood once more, just so that christianity is disproved.

I realize it is horrible to wish the end of a religion, and I am sorry to some of those who I offend.
