There is a scientific secret that has been purposefully supressed by the governments behind the governments of the world for a long time. The secret of high speed counter-rotating magnetic fields.
A magnetic field has two poles, north and south. When you have three distinct magnetic fields occupying the same place and when they are rotated at extremely high speeds in different directions, objects inside the field will experience a quantum tone shift that makes the elementary particles vibrate at a higher frequency than normal. When this happens, the object slips into hyperspace, which is not a way to travel faster than the speed of light as it is in sci-fi movies, but rather a different plane of the same space you are occupying. The object inside the hyperspace field will seemingly disappear from sight, but it will actually still be "there" but on a different plane where things will be different. For example, a spot of desert on our plane may well be a garden paradise on another plane.
Every object in the universe must exist on a plane, and the plane you are on is determined by the magnetic fields of the planet you are on. The Earth has three counter-rotating magnetic fields, which explains why our planet has three distinct precessions. Precession is basically the "wobbling" of a rotating axis. The precession that most people talk about is the one that changes the constellations in the night sky over long periods of time, every 26,000 years, which is why about 5000 years ago the north star was Draconis, and not Polaris as it is now. There are two other weaker precessions at 50,000 and 14,000 years that indicate two other rotating axes inside the Earth other than our major one.
Hyperspace slipping is so easy to do that most nations of the world could easily build such a generator, if they knew the theory behind it. However, this would make invasions of whole countries so easy that our world would not last very long. Imagine instantaneous and undetectable mass movements of troops and equipment to anywhere in the world, and natural barriers like water and mountains would be irrelevant.
