Science Over Archaeology
Surprisingly, the most revealing insights into the Pyramids are being done these days by amateur Egyptologists who know how to work computers and know science and math better than the "real" Egyptologists. They are computer programmers, engineers, and even mathematicians and physicists. The discovery that the Great Pyramids are an imitation of the constellation of Orion and the original positions in the sky of the star shafts in the Great Pyramid were all done this decade by men with an interest in the field and who knew computers well. Even the team that is presently searching for the Lost Hall of Records in the Egyptian desert are just really inspired engineers. NOT Egyptologists.
We will only be able to completely decipher the pyramids once again only when our knowledge of science and math reaches that of the race that built the Pyramids in the first place, who were NOT the Egyptians, but a prior more advanced civilization that had to have been around for at least 2,160 years before the Egyptians. I say 2,160 years because this is the MINIMUM observation time that one needs to trace out 1 degree of arc in the night sky to come up with the sophisticated "Great Year" cycles that the ancient Sumerians and Egyptians seemed to have been born with. A "Great Year" is about 26,000 years, and encompasses twelve "ages", each 1 degree of arc in the sky, and each of which lasts for 2,160 years and have names, like Capricorn, Cancer, and Aquarius. This is where we get the Zodiac from, which is man's most ancient record of the great cycle that the Earth passes through as it revolves around the sun and the axis slowly "wobbles", changing the positions of the stars in the night sky over long periods of time.
The Great Pyramids of Giza (there are 3 of them), the Sphinx, and the Lost Hall of Records were NOT built by the Egyptians that we know. The pyramids that the Egyptians DID build were badly reversed-engineered copies of the originals which today look like decomposing piles of dung in the desert. And yet the originals still stand. The originals were built by a race that had very advanced knowledge about science, math, and how they play into life itself. It only makes sense that the most groundbreaking discoveries in the future will come from our own techno-wizards.
