Inventory

A user friendly system: In 3 steps only, you can enter basic data and issue invoices even without pervious experience neither in computers nor in accounting.

Stock control, purchase, sell, sales return, purchase return, transfer and gifts.

3 different prices for each item, with unlimited description of the item and picture of the item.

Expiry and warranty date follow up.

Items can be grouped or categorized.

Reorder level report, which gives a warning displayed as soon as you login to the system.

System gives warning in case the customer did not pay invoices issued more than 4 months age, also it warns the user in case the customer exceeded a certain value.

Invoices are numbered automatically starting from any number, and gives amount in words.

Discount is either by a value or by a percentage.

Searching items is either by name or by number.

Editing invoices and other transaction with a higher level of security.

Invoices can be designed using design mode of the system, or else you can use the professional built in design.

Reports for average cost, stock cost, Profit of each item and each invoice and during any period.

Invoices are posted automatically to general ledger.

Customers

All credit invoices of a certain customer are displayed automatically in accounts receivable.

Aging and statement of account of each customer can be issued.

Customers can be grouped or categorized.

Payment of invoices is either cash or by check, even by installments.

Statement of account can be designed the way you prefer.

Searching customers either by name, code, telephone number or post office box number.

Suppliers

All purchase transactions are displayed automatically in accounts payable.

Checks are issued with amount in word automatically.

General Ledger

Chart of account can be easily created, only if account name is entered, the system codes the account automatically and determines reports to be included in, main or sub account, and credit or debit.

Only sub accounts are displayed in journal voucher entering form.

Purchase

Opening letter of credit with local or foreign , where exchange rate can be entered to the system.

Payroll and Personnel

Residency, Licenses, and other documents expiry follow up, where the system gives a reports prior to its expiry with a number of days you can determine.

Loans, holidays, allowances rules are calculated automatically and can be customized.
