Saleh’s Biography
Saleh believes that seeds of greatness lie within each individual, and has committed himself to helping people who desire the best in themselves and those they serve. He fosters a trusting environment where participants can cultivate personal effectiveness and as a result contribute to organizational effectiveness. His is not a quick-fix approach, but a wise and passionate commitment to sustained personal and organizational change.
Saleh’s greatest passion has always been to interact with people, training and motivating them to become more effective and to gain better control of their personal and professional lives through values-based time and life leadership and management. His training focuses on self-esteem, self-help, motivation, corporate morale and empowerment. His insight and vigorous approach to utilizing and teaching The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People inspires audiences who appreciate his authentic concern for others. This gift of capturing the immediate needs of individuals results in incredible levels of personal progress and development. Saleh’s performance background as a TV newsreader and his experience in creating and delivering business seminars and personal development workshops helps him personalize and energize each presentation.
As principal for a college preparatory and professional English language center, Saleh learned how to help others grow as they deal with tough emotional, behavioral and learning situations and he also learned how to help improve training and development programs to increase productivity and cost-effectiveness.
As a master facilitator, Saleh knows what it takes to convert theory into real-life application. He constantly changes the tempo of the learning process—motivating, teaching, coaching and evaluating—to make each lesson fully experiential and participant-based.
Saleh has served as an internal and external consultant, facilitating sessions in time management, interpersonal communication, making presentations, customer service, problem solving and decision making, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, and The 4 Roles of Leadership (formerly Principle-Centered Leadership).
Saleh has earned a bachelor’s degree in administrative sciences (majoring in industrial economics) from King Saud University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, a master’s degree in teaching English as a second language from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California, and another master’s degree in the administration and supervision of international and overseas schools from the University of Trenton in Trenton, New Jersey. He enjoys swimming, biking, reading, teaching, sincere conversations and personal computing.
