To Match Colors of an Image
Goto your Target Image, first, then use your "Recent" key to return to Color Pix Tool.
Choose "Cancel" on the Background prompt (pop-up alert), if you want to work with the Target Image, alone!
Manual Text & BgColor Pix
NOTE:
Unless Both Bgcolors are the Same Value in the Upper & Lower Input Text boxes; Then,... the Bgcolor will Change,... when or if the Text Radio Button is Clicked!
In other words, both BgColors input values must match before clicking the text radio buttons.
