My Chinese Food Recipes Collections

For those foreign students in the States, eating is usually a big problem especially in small town unless American style food can be appreciated and eaten regularly.

For people who come from Taiwan like myself, Chinese style (or Taiwanese style) food is still our favorite appetite. In Providence area, we do have some "Chinese" restaurants.

However, most of them are more or less American-style-Chinese food or Cantonese-style food. Most of the time, we do need to cook for ourselves.

In this page, I collect some easy-cooking Chinese food recipes. Most of them come from my collection of newspaper clipping especially from the World Journal. I hope sharing those information in my web page will not infringe any copyright of theirs.

Enclosed here is only a small portion of my newspaper clippings. If you want to see any specific recipe of Chinese food, please tell me. I'll add it in this page if I do have it.
