This striped bass was caught in the summer 1999 in Salisbury, MA.  It put up a heck of a fight and I thought it was going to be more of a monster than it actually was.  It was caught on a piece of frozen herring and hook, nothing more.  This fish was released immediatly after the photo and swam off strong.

This is another small Pike caught near Hawkins Glen, in North Salem, NH.  It was caught on a spinnerbait at the mouth of a river, which can sometimes be a great spot to fish.  The fish was just under 3 lbs.
