Julia the Roman Empress and Dakota the Harley Davidson doll were issued by the Franklin Mint in 2002?? Julia did arrive with a long hairpiece to change her hair, but the planned trunk and outfits were never issued as far as I know.
The Harley Davidson doll also had optional outfits available, but I only purchased the doll. Both have the soft vinyl bodies with clik joints at the elbows and knees.
