 Hi! As you probably know by now, my name is Glen Murphy (that's an image of me on the right, I'm such an ugly beast!). With my vast experience in both the graphic design and online service worlds, I believe I could offer you and/or your company something a little different, so read on....
The Internet
Have you ever felt, whilst paddling your toes in the incoming cyber surf, that everything seems oh-so-common, oh-so-boring? Text after text after text after text on a plain grey background. While the internet has been promoted as the "information superhighway", does it have to actually look like a highway, gravel and all? Where is the interactivity, where is the colour, where is the fun?
Up until now, the advertising world has geared its resources towards the traditional TV/Radio/press outlets. We, the public, have always been the passive consumer, the unwilling target of commercial intrusion. But what about this new 'interactive age' that we have all been promised? This is where our role as a reluctant consumer rapidly evolves into something more.
The terms 'educational' and 'fun' have not exactly been instantly associated with the advertisments of today, especially on the internet. What you usually get on the net is a bombardment of boring company profile pages, with speels as long as the highway itself. 'Click here to See our $$prices$$ page' is usually the first or second link on a commercial site. And so it is here that perhaps the terms 'educational' and 'fun' can shine through.
So how do I get one of those!

Prices
Before quoting my clients, I like to discuss with them what they want to achieve with their Web page, their aspirations, inspirations, direction, and style. All this is done without obligation. I also like to take risks, so if you like to be on the cutting edge also, we really should get together!
Normally, for a standard 1-10 page site, I charge $150 Australian per page. This includes all graphic design and html work. However for larger jobs, discounts do apply. For example, for a past client who required a 250 page site, I charged $15 per page, which is a great saving. So, the more pages that need to be done, the greater the discount. Aren't we nice!
Of course, if you need your own logo designed from scratch, an negotiable fee does apply. However, if you already have a established or workable logo ready to go, I can use or modify that as part of the standard fee as listed above. Again, a great saving.
