unfortunately, there are no ROSS stores in boston. i was first exposed to ROSS clothing by my cousin, who flashed these sporty no-name jackets to me last summer when i went to visit her in cali. then, i was blessed enough to encounter our very own president, bernard kim, who modeled ROSS pants with a huge bangkoo in the buttokials...i was completely taken!! when i was in philly this summer, ROSS stores surrounded me and i thought that i was turly in heaven. i kept thinking about the bargains i could make instead of spenind 10 times as much buying nice, bangkoo-less clothing at expensive boutiques and such in massachusetts malls. ROSS has taought me about the meaning of life...how i don't have to be so materialistic and chase after flashy clothing and accessories. truly, ROSS has given me an opportunity to search deep within myself and question the very nature of my inclination to spend lots and lots of money on clothing. thanks to ROSS and bernard, our president, i have not only found a new line of cl

Dressing for less is not just a matter of appearance...
it's an attitude...it's the way that i feel when i walk
out of my dorm room each morning for class, knowing that,
hey, people are noticing me... and that behind the
expression of complete and utter repulsion is a genuine
admiration and respect. That's how you feel when you
know that you dress for less. Ross has not only bolstered
my social standing in society, it has also provided the
medium through which many dear and lifelong friendships
have been established and maintained. Not to mention the
vast number of career opportunities that are now open to
me and other members of the growing Ross community. As
general secretary, i will do everything in my power to
enable the Ross movement to sweep the nation. I leave
you with one last thought and challenge: Jesus Christ
alone is the greatest agent of change, but dressing for
less has also made an impact in my life...will you let
it make an impact in yours?
