Hi All!
  irish is hard at work getting all the pics from the last munche ready to
put up on the web page. For those of you who missed it, she accepted my
collar in front of all present... 'Course, later that night, she also broke
not one, but BOTH of my shackles while riding in the swing! Gonna have to
make some sturdier shackles! Our heartfelt thanks to Deb and Melinda for the
work they did on getting the refreshments together. Made it an even more
special event!
  I apologize for the situation at the restaurant Saturday evening. I
procrastinated a bit too long, and we were without the use of the party room
for the first hour or so. We were real glad to get into OUR room when it
emptied out, and I've now put irish in charge of getting the room reserved
in advance! 
  We welcomed several new folks to the group: Joe, Kristal, Julie and
Claude... Hope to see them back at future munches! We didn't have a whole
lot of "business" to discuss, but we did have a few things. One was that the
date of our wedding has changed. Between getting a place for the reception,
and finding a date when all the family members could attend, we had to push
it back to the first of August at 1pm. As soon as we have invitations ready
to go, we'll e-mail a copy to all, and send them out snailmail to anyone
that wants a hard copy if you'll give us an address to which to send them...
We brought up the subject of collars at the munches: Several of our subbies
wear their collars most of the time, and taking them off for the munches
just didn't seem right. We brought it up to the folks present, and nobody
had an objection, so from now on, collars are acceptable at the restaurant,
but other fetish wear needs to be reserved for the party at the house. The
other topic brought up was the announcement that the next munche, on
Saturday, 11 July at 7PM is Truth-Or-Dare night, and the theme for the
evening is Leather-and-Lace. Guaranteed to be fun, but plan to play if you
plan to come! It's also a "closed" munche, open to folks that have been to a
previous munche..... 
  The next "open" Munche is scheduled for July 25th at 4pm... If you haven't
been to one yet, make this one the first!
