I use my Psion everyday. It is not normal waken me in the morning, but on travels the build in Clock is useful with its repeating alarms - First the nice low voice "soft bell", then later normal bell are sure to get you out of bed.
The agenda plan my time and it work well together with the Schedule+/Outlook at the office.
As I often travel - I were looking for a possibility to take my program and data with me. I looked at the Laptop PC. There had really come some powerful ones, which mean you could bring all your programs with you. But still it were not that potable - you still need to have them in a bag.
I then looked at what were my needs? What would I want to do on travels?
I could see that the biggest time saving were on wordprocessing by taken notes and not had to retyping them home at the office. And I prefer to work with wordprocessors and could rearranges the tings.
Also I need to could finalize the calculation in my presentations on the way out. This are often in spreadsheets (I use Excel at the office) so I need to be able to take these with me. And when coming to the hotel it is a must to be able to print out the work on one of printers of the Hotel though a Parallel cable.
Many other jobs with Mathematical and other programs I do not need at the journey.
So out from thise needs I looked at the possibilities. I could see that many of these small palmtop would be good as they all could be taken with you in a pocket and be used without the big stir. But when I saw the way the converting software PSIWIN worked from and to a PC I had no dote that this were the right machine for me.
