Responsible for the core application, print, Zen, and web servers for all university campuses. Managed the Novell Directory Services Tree that contains more than 75,000 user accounts. Managed and deployed pre-configured clients to access network resources. Maintained web server for central software deployment. Managed print connectivity between Unix, Mainframe, Microsoft, and Netware servers via Novell Distributed Print Services. Created various applications for support tracking, change management, and inventory using MySQL, PHP, and Apache. Migrated Novell and Microsoft Servers into Storage Area Network. Assisted callers from various divisions under the State of Georgia with hardware, software,

e-mail, and networking support. Trained and scheduled helpdesk staff.  Increased first call resolution by providing more extensive training to helpdesk support and creation of quick reference manuals.
