Northwestern Lower Michigan is the location for this ride. The area is known for its ski hills and many riders consider it to be Michigan most challenging trail. Come and feel the gentle breezes from Lake Michigan. Ride in the shade of the cool hardwoods, through meadows filled with wild-flowers, and water your horse from natural springs and streams. Set up camp and then go for a swim at one of the local bathing beaches. Bring a jacket for cool evenings - this is the place to be in August.
Potluck: Saturday night; meat dish provided by ride management. Please bring a dish to pass and join us for dinner before awards.
