I am currently working on a handbook for rookie lady cops. Much of it will be "tongue in cheek" but show a lesson learned. If you would be willing to share any interesting or funny situations that have happened, especially if they reminded you to never repeat the same situation, please send them to me. If you'd like, you will be given credit. This is my first effort, and I am sure there are many stories that surpass mine. I have been a small town reserve police officer for 20 years (the first woman) and a Security Police Officer II on a nuclear reservation for 22 years. I worked traffic for 13 of the 22 years, so you can imagine the reaction to a lady road cop many years ago. If, and when, I complete this endeavor, I plan to share it with all of my contributors.
