RULZ A ClaN where YOU will have a say and where YOU will be ranked according to your true skills
Rulz for Free For Alls In Free For Alls, the score is determined by the a combination of two factors: the order in which players are defeated and the basic scoring system. The scoring will proceed as follows: When a player is defeated, the remaining players will "share" the points of the defeated player (half the points as usual). Example: Four player and their points: A(10), B(8), C(5), D(4) First player to be defeated is D, that player has 4 point, the other 3 earn 2 point, but divide it by 3, so these 3 remaining players already have .67 points in the bag. Next player to be defeated is C, that player leaves the game with 1 point (rounded up) in the bag, the remaining 2 each get and aditional 1.25 points, making a total of 1.92 each. The last player to be defeated is B, he leaves with 2 points (rounded up), and A get 4 points, so he leaves with 6 points. Note: The points are rounded up only in the end. Another important aspect of the scoring is the "win" value: In this example, D would have 0 wins, C would have 0.33, B would have 0.66, and A would have 1 win. (This is necessary for the mathematics concerning the ranking system to remain consistent.) Some may think that this would be a lot of work, but all that is needed is to keep track of the order in which players were defeated, the person in charge of the scoring will take care of all the calculations :-) The score will now be calculated by dividing the points by the the ratio of wins/played. When one player disconnects in a TEAM game, then the game has to be REPLAYED if no agreement (whether to continue or not) is reached. It will be noted who disconnected and sanctions will be taken if one disconnects more than 5 times. After some discussion, it was decided that too many points were given and that only HALF of points of the defeated player would be given to the winner. Therefore, I'll recalculated the scores. Sorry for the winners but if you are that good then you'll still get on top. After discussion with other members, the veterans agreed that a minimum of 5 games must be played every month. This is to avoid that one defeats a good player, gets a lot of points and then waits until the end of the month to get a good (undeserved) rank. When there are 2 v 2 matches, the players from one team (Empire or Rebellion) should be on the same side. The scores will be as follows: - each player has a number of points, in the beginning.. 5 for the veterans, 1 for the other members - when you win, you will be awarded half the of points of the player you defeated. * Lets say player A had 5 points and B and 1 point. If B wins he gets 2.5 = 3 extra points 1 + 3 = 4 so he now has 4 points. * If its a 2 v. 2 , the two winners get the sum of the losers points divided by 2. A (5 points) and B (1) versus C (1) and D (1) . C and D win..!! ( 5 + 1 ) / 2 / 2 = 1.5 = 2 so C and D get 2 points each. 1 + 2 = 3 - there are no points lost for loosing. But at the end of each month, your score will by the number of games you played. The points are then divided by the ratio of wins/played to give the score. To become veteran, you will have to defeat two of our current members so that we can evaluate your level and assign you a rank. Like this, we keep getting better players and we can all improve our skills. Veterans will then be allowed to form their own team when we get more players.
If someone disconnects: When one player disconnects in a team game, then the game has to be REPLAYED if no agreement (whether to continue or not) is reached. It will be noted who disconnected and sanctions will be taken if one disconnects more than 5 times.
