Pra ise be to You, my Redeemer.

How mighty You are,

the Saviour of all who give You their hearts.

You alone are able to keep me from slipping into sin and wrong.

Each time I confront temptation's engulfing power,

You rescue me by Your victorious strength.

Each time You fight life's battles between good and evil for me.

How thankful I am that I don't have to fight them by myself.

I simply obey as You go before me.

I have no fear of judgment, for You are there,

already lovingly interceding on my behalf.

All I had to do was open my heart's door and let You in.

When I repented of my sins,

You cast them off as far as east is from west

to be forgotten and to never to return.

Nothing can ever keep me from You,

my Lord, my Redeemer, not life nor death.

The angels will not, and the power's of hell cannot.

Any fear for today or for the future can't keep me from You.

No matter where I should need to go,

beneath the ocean or above the stars,

You are with me and I with You.

Thank You for redeeming me and giving me life anew.
