July 27th I'm a little zoned out at the moment, so my brain isn't really functioning enough to work on the site much more. However, I know for a fact that by the end of tonight, I'll have done some more on the site, even if it's just a few pages. I've come to the stark realisation that the site will not have a chance in hell of being ready by the projected date of August 1st. The words "Time Management" comes to mind. I admit that the chance of me actually having a social life is rare, but believe it or not - it happened. Two Saturdays ago (July 12th) at the Arts in the Park festival held in Corporation Park, Blackburn, I met two teenaged girls, Natalie and Kaeley, who seemed to express an interest in Linkin Park. They enquired about the ST shirt I was wearing at the time, and then they seemed a little impressed, a little confused, and walked away. However, later on in the evening, they were to sit next to me during a tribute band to REM played. Eventually we got talking, and it soon turned dark, and so it was time for my two new friends to make their way home. Obviously, at 11:30pm, I can't let to teenaged girls walk home so, I walked them home. I got Nat's number (yes, I know what you're thinking, I don't understand either). Anyway, we texted one another a little, and decided to meet up again. Move forward two weeks, and I've not been introduced to two more of Nat and Kaeley's friends: Holly and Kirsty. All four of them are certainly different. However, the last few times we've met up, I've felt increasingly out-of-place. I don't know why, but it's just the impression I've received from the atmosphere. Maybe I'm just paranoid with my new-found friends. Who knows. I'm just going to see how it all plays out for now before I make any decisions as to whether to kurb my social time with them or not. Maybe it's down to the fact that some (I won't name names) think I don't like them for some reason? As far as I'm aware, I've not said a word against any of the four, nor thought it. They're cool people and they make me laugh, so I don't know what gave them that impression. I'm currently seeking a master of Flash to implement an idea of mine, which should result in making OMAHM more desirable for repeat visitors. I'm currently (as I type this) talking to someone who's expressed an interest but I won't say what it is just yet, but if it comes off, it'll be great. Once the new version of OMAHM is up, maybe I'll attempt to teach myself Flash MX myself, but in the meantime I'm stuck with various bits of work to do, including teaching, writing, decorating, and self-tuition. All that plus managing a website and maintaining another's message board. Anyway, enough about my work. Nicole should be online later, so that is something to look forward to. She was away last night, and so I didn't get to talk to her. As a little suprise, I decided to send her a few private messages on the message board (think emails), basically saying how wonderful she is and how happy she makes me. I hope she likes them. I'm still grinning really badly from seeing her photos, as she only recently got them developed from the week we spent together. I'll post some of them up sometime soon, once I've cropped them and made them a little better so that they don't fill up the limited webspace that OMAHM has. As you can see, my minds wandering alot, so I'll stop here for now. I may add more later on, but for now, I'll leave this 'as is', whilst I get to work on the site. It's gunna take alot of time, but in the end, worthwhile. I hope. Chris.

July 28th Why annoyed, you ask? Well, being my birthday today, I thought I'd actually go do something, since everyone bailed on
me. Bad IDEA! I went to get my hair *trimmed*. NOT removed. Let's just say I won't be needing another hair cut for quite
some time! I'm looking more and more like Phoenix from Linkin Park everyday. I swear. Aaah anyway. I got cards from Dan, Terry and my family, which was nice, although I'm unsure about my sisters birthday
card. It said I was getting "old", it had death in the background and apparently I have more hair in my ears than on
my head. Damn, she's right. Well, not completely. The card also said I can survive without sex, but can't survive without my glasses. That's just
so wrong I'm not even gunna try talking about that. I also think Nicole would disagree on that one too ;). Speaking of Nicole, wow, she is really something. She sent me a long private message last night for my birthday. It
really was the sweetest, most wow thing I've ever been told. She really loves me, and I really love her. It's so great.
I'll have to do something similar for her birthday, but I doubt I'll be able to beat this, but I'll be doing it in
person if I have my way. She certainly appreciated the PMs I sent her yesterday whilst she wasn't home, so it was a nice suprise for her. She deserves
it really, because she's really something. Like I keep saying >.<
I just got a happy birthday from Jamie. That was the last thing I expected to be honest, but oh well. Doesn't bother
me. Anyway, I'll update this later, I've got drinking and posting to do, as well as updating / converting this site. Update: I've decided to upload the weblog tonight, so that people can keep up with my thoughts as well as the progress
of the site. I'm also considering adding a sub-section (under this one) dedicated to the cool people in my life, just a lil bio type of thing. Chris.

July 29th Anyway. Today, we got the double bed for myself, which improved my day, although it came at
a high price. The double bed is for me and Nicole, (yes, parents have OK'd it), and since my
room is smaller than your average McDonalds lavatory, it has to go in my sisters room. So,
we would move the better bed, that is my sisters current bed, into my room, and then move the
new one into hers. Simple right? When is life ever simple? Exactly. Several loud expletives and screams later, my bedroom was emptied, and my current bed was
moved to the backyard. So, I (single-handidly) began to move my sisters bed into my room, since
everyone else decided to either watch Emmerdale (they must hate me) or just sit around and do
nothing. Bastards! Anyway, I started to move the bed into my room, when I realised, it was too
wide to fit through the door. D'oh. So, my father (who appeared to help, prolly during the
commerical break) suggested I pull the bed to pieces, then reassemble it once it's in there. Bad idea of the year goes to *drumroll* After finding a pair of pliers to inexplicably remove the bolts, I managed to get the bed into
my room. Then it hit me. It wouldn't fit. The room is so small a bed won't fit in it. Fantastic.
So anyway, my mother decides to help (all that sitting around must have been making her go numb)
and she starts to squeeze the bed into position. Almost. A minute later, my newly decorated room
now had huge holes in the walls (so much that you could see the wood behind it), removed paint
and damaged posters. Then after that I couldn't even get the bed out. It was seriously stuck. Hello hammer. Hello saw! Yeah, you get the picture (and splinters!). But finally, the bed is in place, and it's mine tonight - w00t! I can't wait until Nicole and I
are sharing it. It will be just like May. And no, not in *that* way Andy. Yes, you :p. I got a phone card today, £10's worth of calls to Nicole. Yay. Fun stuff. Quick thoughts. Transformers live action movie due in 2005. LotR: RotK is gunna be one of, if not
the biggest war film of all time. 200,000 enemies. w00t. Great stuff :). Chris.
