Back to Cliff & The Frankfurters. When Cliff had touched down in Buffalo, NJ, Cliff hooked up with The Frankfurters that very night to play the harpiscord. He was an instant success with both his fellow band members and the public they performed infront of. Four months later they were presented with a record deal from the AOL Time Warner Comapany. The very next day they were signed up and billed as the next big thing. A few weeks into recording their debut album*, Cliff got a transmission from Hans Bierhoffen, his general, back in France, watching over Clifford's german shepherds. He told Clifford that the War Crimes Tribunal were looking into his background, trying to trace his whereabouts.
Cliff was worried that he could end up infront of the UN, so after much thought, he decided to quit the band, and join a more low-key industry . . .
*Iche Bien Uber Hiemer, the debut album from The Frankfurters, is now available in all good music stores. Contains twelve tracks of non-stop rocking folk music, including Iche Bien Cliffen Schnaffen, Uber die Riva and the metal classic Die Krabs, Gugenhiemer!
