Every item purchased from Earth Art is fully guaranteed to be free from manufacturer's defect. Should you not be 100% satisfied with the item(s) received from Earth Art, we will fully refund the purchase price or replace the item at the purchaser's request within 10 days of the delivery date. All returns must have the freight prepaid and be shipped directly to Earth Art. Upon receipt of the product in excellent condition, we will gladly credit your account. All shipments should be examined for any breakage upon arrival. Earth Art will replace items that are damaged in shipment if the customer reports the breakage promptly* and returns the broken item to us in its original packaging or the equivalent. Please insure the shipment for your own protection.
