Wholesale Information
We welcome dealers, catalogers, and other resellers. Because our products are all made to order and handcrafted by local artisans of the best materials, we don't try to be the cheapest manufacturer of fine ceramic gifts and collectibles; you can import those from elsewhere. But we do strive to offer you the most unusual, creative, beautiful and elegant pieces possible . . . pieces you can't find anywhere else. And we stand behind our products. We believe in meeting delivery dates and working with our customers for the success of all. We'd be happy to have you join the Earth Art family.
Before we ship to a dealer, cataloger or reseller we must have the following information on file:
Legal company name and address
Owner's name
Valid resale number
Opening orders are shipped COD or may be billed to Visa, MasterCard, or American Express, unless a credit application has been received and approved, in which case invoices are net 30 days. In lieu of an approved credit application, all orders will be shipped COD or may be billed to the above credit cards.
Because all Earth Art products are handcrafted and made to order, opening orders will take from 2-3 weeks, reorders will be shipped in 48 hours. Actual shipping charges are added to invoiced amount.
Orders are shipped best way, usually UPS, and items damaged in shipment will be credited or replaced when damaged item is returned to us. Earth Art products are guaranteed to be free of manufacturer's defects and if you should ever receive a defective item, Earth Art will replace that item or credit your account with the purchase price plus shipping cost.
Pricing for Earth Art items has already been discounted heavily for inclusion on our web site, but wholesale buyers may discount another 25% off the online price.
