The American Tasting Institute gave Café Tequila their 2001 AWARD OF EXCELLENCE for our CAYENNE RED TEQUILA HOT SAUCE & CREAMY JALAPENO TEQUILA HOT SAUCE. This prestigious award is the result of a blind tasting by executive chefs from some of the best restaurants & hotels in the country. We were competing against the top brands and are very honored to have this award!
CREAMY JALAPENO TEQUILA HOT SAUCE was awarded 1st PLACE in the 2001 national competition sponsored by Food Distribution Magazine. Our CITRUS HABANERO TEQUILA HOT SAUCE was awarded two 3rd PLACE awards in the same competition!
Café Tequila BBQ Sauce won 4th Place Award of Excellence in the The National Barbeque Asscociation (NBBQ) competition for 2001!
Citrus Habanero Tequila Hot Sauce was a finalist in the New York City Fancy Food Show 2000 & a hit at the Paris Food Show.

Café Tequila won the GOLD for our dynamite package at the NASFT competition on July 11th in New York City! (New York City!!!!!?) We were also a finalist for our Tequila BBQ Sauce. Not bad for gringos
