2. Stitch pieces following graphs. Part of the main body will remain unstitched. Work embroidery over completed background stitching.
3. With brisk green, overcast inside and top edges of husk. Do not Overcast edges between red dots. Overcast top edges of main body.
4. Place husk over main body, aligning edges. Whipstitch inside edges on each leaf of husk between dots to main body. Whipstitch outside egdes together.
5. With green yarn, attach ruby, then emerald beads to center top of head.
6.Sew sawtooth hanger or glue magnets to backside of main body.
7. Insert pen and pencil in vertical pockets at top of husk. Tuck notepad into pocket area under bow tie.
