UNKNOWN PHILIPPINES SCOUT BADGES
My collection of Boy Scouts of the Philippines has a large number of badges that I can only guess at what they are so I thought that perhaps this website will help me get a grip on these badges.
It is in no particular order as I don't know the order and I am hoping you can help me. It is grouped by badges of similar characteristics but this does not mean they belong together.
The ID tag below each picture is unique to make dialog with me easier. Refer to the ID tag only.

Questions - Dates of use? Which programs used this (scouts, senior scouts etc)? Meaning of badge (rank, ID, award etc)? Why are some on Khaki and some on dull green?

Questions - Why the white background (special program or use at a time of the year)? Is there a meaning to the double circle in WT3 and the two diagonal lines in WT2? Dates of use?
