Ryus are from Hwang-hae province. Dongkook-yoeji-seungram is the old geography book of Korea. In this book, Hwang-hae is described as home town of Ryus. The Abraham of the Ryus is Ryu, Cha Dal and the decendants of him are written down at the book. I made screen shots of the book.
