Beauty In Love

How does this world seem so beautiful,
When it is filled with hate so cold?
How do we save a world so hateful?
Why can't we bring back the world of old?
Beauty is determined by the eyes,
It has nothing to do with the heart;
Just as the eye does blind, beauty dies,
But the heart from this world does not part.

Beauty is not of the heart's desire,
Only love is of the heart's design;
Yet beauty fills the heart with such fire,
And with true love beauty does align.
    Always in that beauty we see,
    Is that love of our heart so free.
