There is no love in this world,
There is nothing but hatred and lies;
The world favors hearts so cold,
The hate we all know never dies.
Can nobody see how this hurts me?
Can no one help me feel no pain?
Where does love hide in hearts so free?
Where is that menace that binds my heart to chain?
Love is not there to be found,
Love is too pure for mortals of sin,
