All exhibitors will be given a badge that will allow free admittance in all NCBS rooms for the duration of the show.

It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to know and follow all the show rules, which are published in the NCBS catalog. The catalog is sent in advance to all members of the NCBS organization, please see their website and join before the show if you can. Catalogs will also be for sale at the show.

Exhibitors should use the standard show cages for the type of birds they are entering, or they risk being disqualified. Show cage standards are set by the various bird societies, please join or contact the society for your type of bird to learn how to exhibit in order to increase your chance of winning!

If entering many cages, it is recommended that you bring your own stapler and a set of your own return address labels to use inside the show tags so you don't have to fill them all out by hand.

Exhibitors are welcome to watch the judging, as are members of the public. Exhibitors may also volunteer to assist as show stewards in any division of the show.
